The very least we can do for ourselves when stress approach us is to first acknowledge the stress once then stop telling ourselves that we are facing a lot of stress. If we keep telling ourselves that, then we are only creating more stress on ourselves. Instead, learn how to cope with it by thinking good consequences that comes after stress. Being occupied and put under pressure is painful but good in a way that will help to strengthen our tolerance level in a long run.
